◆WipeLabMythic Prog Analyzer

How WipeLab works

Five minutes from guild name to knowing exactly what your raid is wiping to. Every screenshot below comes from our demo guild — a fake roster with generated data — so you can open the real page behind any of them and click around.

1Point it at your guild

Region, realm, guild name — that's the whole setup. WipeLab pulls your mythic progression from Warcraft Logs: every pull of every boss, from the first attempt up to (and including) the first kill. No addon, no uploads, no configuration; if your guild logs its raids, the data is already there.

2Your season at a glance

Each boss becomes a card: killed bosses show how many pulls the kill took (and the total including re-clears), progging bosses show pulls so far and the best percentage reached. This is the page you paste in Discord when someone asks "how's prog going?"

3The boss deep-dive

Click a boss and the full story unfolds. The timeline shows every pull's boss percentage — the shape of your prog, raid night by raid night, plateaus and breakthroughs included.

Below it, the roster: every raider, sortable by output, avoidable damage taken per second, deaths, interrupts, dispels, and a 0–100 score— a role-relative rating weighted toward survival (you control the weights). DPS are graded against DPS, healers against healers. It's an opinion of an algorithm, and every player card shows exactly how it was computed.

Click any raider for their card: the score breakdown, a per-pull chart (output, avoidable damage, or deaths), what's killing them ranked by ability, a full death log, and their trend across every boss of the tier.

4Deaths that mattered — not death cascades

Raw death counts lie. Once a pull is lost, the cascade of deaths after the wipe is committed tells you nothing about who played well. So WipeLab counts only the first N raid-wide deaths per pull(the "death gate", default 3) — the deaths that actually decided the pull. Ignored deaths stay visible in the death log, struck through.

Two more kinds of deaths are excused entirely: deaths to a mechanic you've removed from the avoidable list (a missed-kick cast isn't the dead player's fault), and mass-death wipe events — when many players die to one ability within two seconds (bombs, enrages, crystal explosions), death order carries no signal and nobody is blamed.

5Tune everything, recompute instantly

The death gate, the wipe-event threshold, the score weights, and the avoidable-damage ability list are all yours to adjust — every number on the page recomputes in your browser as you change them. Each avoidable ability can be scoped to everyone, ranged-only, or melee-only for mechanics one group is supposed to eat. Your settings save per boss; on Pro guilds, a manager can publish theirs as the guild default so the whole roster reads the same numbers.

6Compare any two slices of your prog

First half vs second half, last night vs the night before, pulls 1–30 vs 31–60 — pull comparison shows who improved and who plateaued, per player, across output, avoidable damage, and deaths. It's the "are we actually getting better?" panel.

7Know where you stand

Cross-guild benchmarks put your prog in context: pulls-to-kill percentiles, roster medians for deaths and avoidable damage, aggregated from every guild analyzed on WipeLab. Player cards add per-spec percentiles — how each raider stacks up against the same spec on the same boss, with an honest confidence label when the sample is still thin.

Free vs Pro

Free shows every boss's most recent raid night (or the last 20 pulls, whichever is more) with the full analysis toolkit. Pro — $10/month per guild, covering your whole roster with up to 30 invited members — unlocks the complete pull history, automatic re-sync after raid nights, pull comparison, cross-guild benchmarks, per-player tier trends, per-spec percentiles, Discord wipe reports, and previous-tier archives. One officer subscribes; everyone they invite gets everything. Free while the beta runs.
